  The lady that answers the phone for this service is RUDE. I emailed in to the email address provided on the website and was not responded to so I called in and when I did I informed her that I emailed in and that no one had gotten back to me. She checked her email and said that she had not received anything, I then went to my sent box and read her my email. She told me that I had the incorrect email address. That is not my problem, change your website! She cut me off every chance she had when I was attempting to talk to her. I called back the next day to cancel the job because I felt the way I was treated was ridiculous. Seems like others have had a problem with this person as well. I suggest you all change your receptionist or you won't have any business to move. This review reflects in no part the capacity of their movers or anyone else other than the lady to answers the phone. I switched to another moving service even though they charged more money simply because of your attitude and rudeness. You're losing business and you might want to reconsider your customer service training.
